Quarantined Kids and Family History

We hope you are all staying healthy during this COVID19 pandemic. Here is a link found on American Ancestors blog with ideas while staying at home or any time really. While kids are at home, use what resources you have to support learning. One of the best resource is family because everyone is at home. Have you tried a family video chat? It’s an excellent way to stay connected with family and talk about genealogy. We hope you are able to try some activities. If you don’t have children at home, initiate the family history conversation with family members on the phone or pass these ideas along. Enjoy!

Thought you’d kick out of what I found in my research – my children are Mayflower descendants!!! I am 100% Italian and my grandparents came to the USA in the early 1900’s in steerage, just like the Pilgrims, so I laugh a little at my children’s pedigree…. FYI, still working on Italian tree – have gotten back to the early 1700’s. Keep up the good work. Distinti Saluti,
